ARE THE POOLS HEATED?
Yes when the pool temperatures drop below 26c we heat the pools.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY OR STAY LATE ON MY DEPARTURE DAY AND STORE MY BAGS AND USE THE POOL?
Yes, certainly. Check in time is after 2pm and check out time is 11am. If you arrive before 2pm you're most welcome to store your luggage at our concierge desk and enjoy our wonderful facilities until your room is ready. Likewise, as you will need to be out of your room by 11.00am on departure day, we can store your luggage and you can continue to use all the facilities until you leave the Resort.

CAN I PUT MY CHILD IN THE Z4K CLUB ON DAY OF CHECK OUT FOR AN HOUR OR TWO (CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM)?
Yes, it's no problem for you to take your child to a session and then take them out of a session at any stage. You must always sign your children out. Normal booking procedures apply.

CAN I USE THE KIDS FACILITIES OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOLIDAYS?
Our Z4K Club operates every day of the year. Adventure playground, pools and activities also operate all year round so we ensure the kids always enjoy their stay, not just in school holidays.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE RESORT?

BY CAR:
If travelling south bound on the Pacific Hwy take Smith Street Exit #66 and follow through approx 8km to a 'T' intersection with traffic lights at the Broadwater. Turn right into Marine Pde. Travel south, past Australia Fair at Southport, across the Sundale Bridge and into Surfers Paradise. Stay in the left hand lane and turn left at the traffic lights. Continue along Gold Coast Hwy south bound staying in the right hand lane. Turn right into Cypress Ave, continue along until traffic lights. Turn right again onto Gold Coast Hwy north bound, continue along Hwy 600m and Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located on the left hand side.

If travelling north bound on the Gold Coast Highway, as you approach Surfers Paradise the Gold Coast Highway changes name to Ferny Ave. Continue north (suggest left lane) following Ferny Ave through Surfers Paradise. You will pass the Mobil service station on the left hand side and two blocks further north you will see Paradise Resort Gold Coast located on the left hand side immediately after Norfolk Avenue.

FROM THE AIRPORT:
Transfer options from either Coolangatta or Brisbane Airports include taxis and coaches. Drive time by car from Coolangatta is 40-50minutes, and from Brisbane is 1¼ hours, however coach transfer times vary depending on the number of passenger drop offs.

Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport - Coaches meet every flight.

Brisbane Airport - Coaches depart approx. every 60 mins between 6.15 am and 10.30 pm.

We can book return transfers to and from airports from our Discovery Desk at the Resort - phone 07 5579 4444. We require at least 48 hours notice.

WILL MY 4WD FIT IN THE CAR PARK?
The height of our car park entry is 2.10metres. The majority of four wheel drives are under this measurement. However remember to take into account your roof rack if you have got one fitted to your vehicle.

DO YOU HAVE OCEAN VIEWS?
The Resort is located two blocks from the beach and being a low rise three storey Resort, there are no views of the ocean. As an alternative, pool view rooms can be confirmed with an upgrade fee.

CAN I BRING MY OWN TOASTER?
Due to fire regulations, we do not allow guests to bring their own cooking appliances. Microwaves are available for hire and all rooms have small refrigerators and tea and coffee making facilities.

HOW FAR AWAY ARE THE THEME PARKS, HOW DO I GET THERE AND WHAT IS THE COST?

• Dreamworld is approx 17kms (30mins by car/coach) Entry cost is $66 per adult and $43 per child. To buy tickets online click here.
• WhiteWater World is approx 17kms (30mins by car/coach) Entry cost is $43 per adult and $29 per child. To buy tickets online click here.
• Movieworld is approx 12kms (25mins by car/coach) Entry cost is $69 per adult and $45 per child.
• Wet 'n' Wild is approx 12kms (25mins by car/coach) Entry cost is $49 per adult and $32 per child.
• Seaworld is approx 5-6kms (10 mins by car/coach) Entry cost is $69 per adult and $45 per child.

Coach transfer service to the theme parks can be booked at the Resort's Discovery Desk on arrival.

DO ALL YOUR ROOMS HAVE KITCHEN FACILITIES?
We have 46 Resort Family Rooms and 20 Junior Bunkhouse Rooms which have the added benefits of limited cooking facilities including cutlery, crockery, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO UPGRADE TO A BIGGER ROOM JUST BECAUSE OF ONE EXTRA CHILD?
Due to hotel policy, each room type has a maximum capacity.
